Holiday Weekends require a minimum 3-night stay. (All other camping reservations require a 2-night minimum stay) Sites #0, #1 and #2 (water, sewer and electric)are available. Site #9 (water & electric) and sites #10, #11 and #12 (tent sites with no utilities) are also available to book now for this summer.
Your stay at Oak Haven Resort's RV and Camping area...gives you and your registered Guests access to two heated swimming pools, Men's and Women's restrooms and showers, laundry, use of free paddle boats and canoes...catch fish off the docks, great ice cream and much more. (All Persons on our property must Register at the Lodge upon arrival.)

ARE YOU STAYING AT A DIFFERENT CAMPGROUND AND WANT OUT? Looking for a family friendly place? We are looking for 5 or 6 Campers to basically form their own community. On the north end of our property we have a heavily wooded area that could easily be converted to full service, year round campsites. Building your own decks would be OK! We would want a 2-year minimum committment from all 5 or 6 campers. After we have an agreement and a deposit, we will install water, sewer and electric to what are currently our primitive tent sites. No Pets Please....and Please...No Littering. At Oak Haven, we ask our guests not to use profanity. (Our main policies) Parents/Guardians are responsible for all guests noise, litter and damage. We ask all our Guests to be respectful of each other. Some people like to rise early and go fishing. Some people like to stay up late by the campfire....we don't mind if you stay up late....just remember people are sleeping and to be respectful. So we ask guests not to be loud after 9 PM or before 9 AM....Thank You...we hope you like to hear the Loons over and over! We ask smokers to please not litter so we can better maintain a more beautiful resort. We sincerely thank you for that. All Campers and their visitors must register at the lodge upon arrival. 2012 Campground Rate Schedule
OPEN MAY 14th THRU SEPTEMBER
Your rental includes the use of all facilities including showers, laundry, outdoor & indoor pool, canoes, paddle boats, bait house, fish cleaning facilities, games and game courts, subject to all house rules. Boat Launch and Docking is extra.
It is the responsibility of the person renting the site to ensure that all rules are followed by everyone in their site. All Guests, no matter how long they will be here, are required by the State of Minnesota to Register at the Lodge upon arrival.
All 2012 Rates are Based on 2 Persons & 1 Unit per Site and are PER DAY Rates.....

Water, Electric & Sewer (Sites 1-8) - $45.00 per day for 2 persons (Negotiable) - $225 per week

Water & Electric (Site 9) - $40.00 per day for 2 persons - call for weekly or monthly rate.

Primitive Tent Site (Site 10-12) - $33.00 per day for 2 persons

Air Conditioner (if used) - $3.00 per unit (Included in Seasonal rate)

All rates are subject to Minnesota Sales Tax and are in American Funds.

RV'ers and Campers...Please arrive during daylight hours to avoid disturbing someone else's Vacation. No campers may pull in and set up after 9:00 PM.
No Early arrivals or late check outs allowed without prior approval.
This is due to time required to properly maintain the grounds. No refunds for early departure.
DUE TO BEETLE MIGRATION CONTROL, NO FIREWOOD MAY BE BROUGHT INTO RESORT.
FIREWOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON SITE.
MINIMUM STAY
DEPOSITS
Campground Deposit - 50% of Invoice total required on all reservations. Deposit is required at the time of reservation by Visa or Master Card. No refunds for cancellations or early departure.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
For weekly guests, any additional charges (such as bait, boat gas, ice cream, etc.) during your stay can be charged to your site. Please pay your final bill by 6 PM the evening prior to your departure.
Customers are responsible for damage and we ask that you leave camp site(s) and boat(s) in a state of cleanliness. Fire Pits are for wood and sticks only. If we have to remove glass, cans, foil, etc. from your fire pit, a charge will be applied.
All Campers who bring in glass bottles are asked to handle them yourselves. Glass bottles can and do break and often lead to injury. Help protect children and adults from injury. If you carry in glass, carry it out with you when you leave. Trash bags that are tied secure and not leaking may be placed in our dumpster at no charge.
We ask for a 9 PM to 9 AM quiet time. We ask our guests not to use profanity. (Kids) You can stay up late...please just don't be noisy.
Oak Haven Resort does not allow Fireworks. (Insurance, fire, safety, litter and noise.)

NOTICE TO CAMPERS:
In the summer months, our eleven cabins rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis. (Cabin renters Check-in at 4 PM Saturday and Check-out at 9 AM the following Saturday) Every Saturday during the summer from 9AM to 4PM we perform many chores. The Lodge opens on Saturday's at 4PM. If you are camping over the weekend, please get your bait Friday evening between 4 PM and 8 PM.
We will attempt to open the outdoor pool every Summer Saturday by 10AM...unless overnight low temperatures prohibit our ability to heat the pool. RV'ers, Campers and Tenters...please read the information package that we hand out at Check-in.
