DUE TO BEETLE MIGRATION CONTROL, NO FIREWOOD MAY BE BROUGHT INTO RESORT.
FIREWOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON SITE.

DAILY RATE AND MINIMUM STAY

• Daily rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate.
• Memorial Day thru Labor Day, minimum stay of 7 nights required, 3 night minimum all other times.
• Some exceptions may be made.

DEPOSITS

• 1 & 2 Bedroom Cabins - $400/week deposit.
• 3 & 4 Bedroom Cabins - $600.00/week deposit.
• 5 Bedroom Cabin - $1000.00/week deposit.
• Boat Rentals require $50.00 deposit per boat.

ALL deposits to be paid within 2 weeks of making your reservation, by Cash, Check, Master Card or Visa. Refund with 90 day notice of cancellation only if your cabin is re-rented, less a $50 service charge per deposit. Less than a 90 day notice on cancellations - no refunds.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE

Customer is responsible for entire term of reservation upon arrival.
We will accept Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, or Discover.
No refunds on early departures.

GUESTS

Additional guests (except Cabin 11) are $150.00 per week or $30.00 per night, per person.
Additional guests in Cabin 11 are $175.00 per week or $35.00 per night, per person.
Any guests not staying the night (Day Guests) must pay a $15.00 usage fee per person, which is good until 10:00 PM.
ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER AT THE LODGE UPON ARRIVAL!

PETS

No Pets Please.  Thank You. 

We love pets. Until recently we had both cats and dogs in our lives.  This is an unpopular policy with many people.  But we MUST be able to assure our customers, that someone's dog wasn't allowed to sleep in their bed the week before.  We hope you appreciate this policy and choose Oak Haven Resort, partly for cleanliness, for your next vacation.  Thank You.  Sincerely, Mike and Deb.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

After submitting full payment at checkin, you may be allowed to charge some items to your cabin during your stay, such as bait, boat gas and ice cream cones.  We ask that you settle your final bill by 6:00 PM the night before departure. Thank you!

Customers are responsible for damage.  We ask that you leave cabin, boat & grounds in reasonable state of cleanliness.

Oak Haven is a profanity free and litter free resort.  Smoking is not allowed in any cabin or in the lodge.  9:00 PM to 9:00 AM is "quiet time".  Enjoy a late night campfire, while at the same time, allowing others to sleep who plan to hunt the lunker early in the morning.  Please be respectful of other guests.  Oak Haven AND our other Guests Thank You!!

Your rental includes life jackets, fish landing net and a minnow bucket.  All rentals are subject to Minnesota Sales Tax and are in American Funds.

Please Note: Pontoon NOT available UNTIL after 1:00 pm on Wednesdays due to Kids fishing trip.
Pontoon rental requires completion of liability waiver form PRIOR to boat leaving our docks.
The pontoon MUST be back at our dock BEFORE sunset.  Fuel charge extra.

PADDLE BOATS & CANOES

These are available for no charge.  They are for recreational use ONLY!
NO FISHING ALLOWED (they are not licensed for that use).
Please limit your time to 2 hours per use so everyone can enjoy them.  Please leave them clean for the next Guest.

**  The Minnesota DNR REQUIRES THAT EVERY PERSON USING OUR CANOES OR PADDLEBOATS WEAR A LIFE JACKET.  No exceptions.  The DNR Regularly patrols and enforces rules in this area.  Oak Haven Resort has Life Jackets that you can use...just ask at the Lodge.  Thank You!!

Your rental includes the use of all facilities including showers, laundry, outdoor & indoor pool, canoes, paddle boats, bait house, fish cleaning facilities, games and game courts, subject to all house rules. Boat Launch and Docking is extra.

It is the responsibility of  the person renting the site to ensure that all rules are followed by everyone in their site. Failure to follow the rules could result in your immediate eviction and forfeiture of your rental site and all payments.

All Rates Based on 2 Persons & 1 Unit per Site and are PER DAY Rates.....

• Water & Electric (Site 9) - $25.00 per day
• Primitive Site (Site 10-12) - $20.00 per day
• Air Conditioner (whether used or not) - $3.00 per unit

• Docking - $6.00 per boat
• Extra Unit on Site - $8.00 per unit

• Day Guests - $6.00 per person
• All guests must register at the lodge. 
• Accurate number of guests is required at checkin.

• Minimum stay of 3 nights required on any holiday Weekends.
• Some exceptions for last minute reservations may be made.

DEPOSITS

Campground - $50.00 Deposit required on all reservations. (Non-Refundable)

Your invoice is due in full when you arrive.
